One licence covers one business and the people who work in it, on any number of machines. You may not resell the key, publish it, or ship it inside a product you sell. There is no per-seat metering because there is no server to meter it with — this relies on you not doing the thing above.
The checker compares a file against published technical requirements. Whether a marketplace accepts a listing depends on content, category and variation rules reviewed by people. No result here is a promise that a listing will be approved, stay live, or sell. Any statement to the contrary in marketing material would be false, and none is made.
A repair rewrites the image: background, border, framing, and a re-encode to JPEG at 2000 px. Always keep the original. If the result is not what you wanted, use the original — the tool never modifies the file you opened, it produces a new one.
